Meringo Sun began in a bush cottage with a surfboard and a search for something more. I found surfing in my mid-twenties, at a time when I was questioning who I was and where I was headed. It gave me more than a new activity — it gave me confidence, connection, and a sense of belonging. The ocean became a place where I could slow down, challenge myself, and rediscover the joy of simply playing. Over the years, that connection grew into something greater. The surfing community welcomed me with open arms, encouraging me onto waves I never thought I could catch and reminding me of my strength when I struggled to see it myself. Meringo Sun is my way of giving that feeling to others. Every piece is thoughtfully designed to help women feel confident in their bodies, embrace adventure, and discover the joy, connection, and community that the ocean and our world can offer. I believe every woman deserves to feel like she belongs, both in the water and within herself. With this belief, Meringo Sun was born.
